Cancellation Policy

Solace Wellness Christian Recovery Coaching NEW CLIENT AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES Program Overview Sessions include initial consultation, private one-on-one recovery coaching, group coaching,  monthly one-on-one coaching, and monthly group coaching sessions. Session lengths vary. Package Term 1 month (4 weeks). Memberships 3 months (12 weeks). Delivery in-person (for an additional fee), virtual, or hybrid. Renewal Policy Memberships/packages do not auto-renew. Clients will receive a renewal reminder before their current membership or package expires. Before a new membership or package can begin, renewal requires payment and the signing of a new client agreement. Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, we kindly request 24-hour notice. Please provide at least 24 hours notice in advance to avoid a cancellation fee (equal to the cost of the session). The client is responsible for the cancellation. Please notify SWCRC at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Late cancellations and no-shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the session fee. More than three cancellations in a month may result in a review and rescheduling plan.   Rescheduling by the coach: If the coach needs to cancel a session, we will notify the client promptly and offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost. Refund Policy No full refunds will be issued after sessions begin. Cancellations before the program starts will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. If unable to continue, clients may pause their membership for up to 4 weeks (once per cycle) and request a pro-rated credit for future coaching within the next 6 months. Emergency exceptions may apply. Rescheduling Policy The client is responsible for the reschedule. Clients may reschedule up to 2 sessions per month with 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Terms of Service Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients must be 18 years or older and actively engaged in recovery. By enrolling, clients agree to honor session times and communication boundaries, respect the coaching relationship and confidentiality terms, and notify the coach of major life, safety, or legal concerns.
